I play drums at Calvary Chapel San Jacinto (1450 7th Street, San Jacinto, CA 92582) every Sunday morning at 8:30 and 10:30 AM as well as on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM.
Drums!! - May 1, 2007
After 20 years of not playing drums, I happened to get inspired by a gentleman, and started playing again. I used to play in bars and nightclubs for a living, but gave it all up for a "real job". But, now I am back and having a great time.
Renewed (Disclaimer) - April 1, 2007
As of August 2006, I have been renewed by the power of God...transformed in Christ Jesus and so I am different now...a new creature. I became a Christ follower, and I strive to live a Biblical life.
I still sale /give away my book because it has served many people. There are many good lessons and "wisdom" contained therein.
However, now I have a different perspective on death and dying, which is true wisdom based on the Scriptures. When I wrote my book, I was studying many new age philosophies rather than Biblical truth. This I did in ignorance.
Some things (not all) I wrote in my book are "new age" in nature because that is where I was in life then. After the publication of my book, my new age philosophies brought me into the occult and shamanism.
Since then I have denounced all new age thoughts. I discovered truth is in the Hebrew God and salvation is through Him made flesh in Yeshua. And God's Word written in the Scriptures is the only truth.
Also, my entire world view (or eternal view) is based on Scripture, God's Word, which says to die is to be present with Christ. So, if one dies being a true Christ follower, then grief takes on a whole new meaning for the survivors. Life and death mean so much more than before.
